Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions are applicable:
1.1 "We" means RelocateUs Moving Boxes are Us, "Us" and "Our" have the corresponding meanings.
1.2 "You" means the purchaser, party, servant, or their agent, entering into the agreement for purchases from RelocateUs Moving Boxes are Us. "Your" has the corresponding meaning.
1.3 "Sub-contractor" means any other person, other than RelocateUs Moving Boxes are Us employees, appointed by RelocateUs Moving Boxes are Us or you or by agreement between RelocateUs Moving Boxes are Us and the subcontractor, who performs (directly or indirectly) services or part of a service.
1.4 Words in one gender include all genders.
1.5 Words in the singular include the plural.
1.6 “Goods” and “Purchases” shall mean all goods together (and where the context so permits shall include any supply of Services as hereinafter defined) with any packaging, or pallet(s) to be moved from one place to another by way of the Agent’s Services, or for storage by the Agent.
1.7 “Services” shall mean all services supplied by the Agent to the Purchaser (and where the context so permits shall include any supply of Goods as defined above) and as described on the invoices, consignment note, airway bills, manifests, sales order or any other forms as provided by RelocateUs Moving Boxes are Us to You.
1.8 “Price” shall mean the cost of the Goods as displayed by RelocateUs Moving Boxes are Us on this website.

 

Conditions
2.1 We are not a common carrier and will not be liable as such.
2.2 We will not be liable for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, industrial disputes, road and traffic conditions, weather or acts of war.
2.3 You acknowledge that any and all information that you provide to Us may be relied upon by Us in providing you with the goods, and you warrant that the information is accurate.
2.4 You acknowledge that the content of this website is for general information and is subject to change without notice.
2.5 You acknowledge that it is your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information found on this website meets your own specific requirements.
2.6 You acknowledge that there may be errors or inaccuracies on this website and we cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies or errors where permitted by law.
2.7 Reproduction of any material from this website is prohibited.
2.8 We only deliver to some suburbs (as listed ) in the Brisbane metro and the Gold Coast area.
2.9 Once you place your order by phone, or through this website you acknowledge that you have accepted our Terms and Conditions as implied or stated herein.
2.10 When We refer to a retail price, We are displaying an average Market place price.

 

Returns /  Refunds / Cancellation of Orders
3.1 Request for returns due to change of mind fall outside Australian consumer law.
3.2 If you do wish to cancel your order for any reason whatsoever, and it has not been dispatched, there will be an administration processing fee of $20.00.  If the item has been dispatched you will also be charged for the Delivery/Dispatch fee of $37.00 on top of your administration fee.   This will be deducted from your original payment.
3.3 We do not accept returns.
3.4 Any delivered product that is found to be faulty or damaged please contact us immediately, as we will need to inspect the item for a replacement or refund.
3.5 If any product is faulty or damaged, or not fit for its intended use then we are happy to exchange or issue a full refund on that item. It will be your responsibility to return and collect replacement item when exchanged.
3.6 All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.

3.7 We do not buy back used boxes.

 

Payment / Online Payments
4.1 For all online orders we accept the following payment methods
    a) PayPal
    b) Visa Card
    c) Master Card
4.2 You do not need to be a registered PayPal user to pay with a Credit Card.
     a) When you use PayPal we do not see your credit card information.
     b) PayPal offers the buyer protection.  You can view more information on the PayPal website.
4.3 If placing Your order by phone You can pay over the phone with your Credit Card.
4.4 Direct Deposits will also be accepted however the product will not be released until the funds have been fully cleared, and be sure to state your name against payment..

 

Out of Stock Items
5.1 Occasionally We are out of stock at the time you place your order.  If this is the case we will notify You and;
     a) offer You an alternative product, or
     b) a refund, or
     c) your whole order can go on to back order for delayed delivery;  or
    d) part order delivery and the product on back order can be collected by you at a later date. 
NOTE:  We will not deliver this item separately, at a later date at our expense. 

 

Pricing & Payment
6.1 All pricing is in Australian Dollars Au$

6.2 No GST has been charged as Moving Boxes R Us is not required to be GST registered with the Australian Taxation Department.
6.3 Payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
6.4 Once payment has been accepted your order will be dispatched and delivered within the next 24 business hours. (Monday to Friday - business days)
6.5 Prices subject to change without notice.  

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions
7.1 Moving Boxes R Us may modify, alter or otherwise change this Terms and Conditions from time to time, with or without notice to you. All such changes will be effective immediately upon the updating of the page on this Site at which the Terms and Conditions is contained. You agree to check the Terms and Conditions and be bound by the Terms and Conditions that is in effect at the time at which you access this Site.

 

Complaints
8.1 If you have a complaint please contact Us in the first instance. We will promptly try and answer your question or resolve the issue. If you are not happy with the information and determination that we provide within a reasonable time frame then you can contact the Office of Australian Information Commissioner.

 

Sub-Contractors / Couriers
9.1 We may locate a Sub-contractor / Courier to deliver your purchased Goods.
9.2 You agree to Us contracting the Courier on your behalf and will make payment to that Courier on your behalf. Alternately, You may notify Us and advise that you will organise your own courier, at Your own cost and responsibility. If you do not notify Us at the time of placing the order we will organise delivery if you have paid for it in the order. 
9.3 You agree to them being supplied with your name, address and phone number.

 

Guarantee
10.1RelocateUs Moving Boxes are Us offers you a guarantee under the Australian Consumer law that the
       a) Goods match the written description on this website
       b) Goods are fit for intended use
       c) Good are of acceptable quality

Acceptance
12.1 If you have a problem with your delivered purchase please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem. You must notify us within 24 hours.
12.2 When you use this website you accept all the Terms and Condition, Delivery and Privacy Policy disclosed, and you also acknowledge that your use is subject to the laws of Queensland, Australia.
